Combine 850 mL (29 US fl oz) of 40% ABV distilled spirit or vodka with the contents and Top Shelf Liqueur Base A (following the included instructions), then top up to 1.125 L (38 US fl oz) with water. Enjoy a liqueur flavouring with a strong orange taste.
