NYC Infuse Vodka French Martini

Suggested Pairing: Vodka
Suggested Mixer / Garnish: Pineapple Juice / Pineapple Wedge

Invented in the late 1980s, the French martini is a fruity twist on the classic martini creation. It is one of the simplest  martini's with 3 main components – raspberry, pineapple, vodka.

Fill the entire bottle with vodka. Let it infuse for 3-5 hours

Train a generous shot of infused mix into a cocktail glass then top up with pineapple juice
