Still Spirits Turbo Heat Wave Yeast

Turbo yeast heatwave are used to reduce time and produce a high quality spirit.

Still Spirits Heatwave yeast will ferment approximately 6kgs of sugar in approximately 6 days in a 25L wash.

Ferments to 16% alcohol

The only Turbo to use when the air temperature is above 33°C.  Produces excellent quality alcohol in hot conditions.

Ensure the start liquid temperature and air temperature are both 20°C.

Use a Hydrometer reading of 980 or 990.
