Still Spirits Cream Liquor Base

Carefully stir 250ml of warm water with a whisk in a large mixing jug, then slowly add the contents of the Cream Liquor Base. Follow instructions on the flavour bottle for alcohol amounts, topping up the total liquid to 1.125L.
